Return Policy

We strive to ensure that the quality of our products is excellent, but in the case that an item you ordered from Barkingmart.com does not meet your expectations, our Return Policy is outlined below. Please note: To avoid ordering the incorrect size for your pet (and paying extra shipping costs), please be certain to refer to the Sizing Information on the products' pages.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. In some cases, there may be restocking and/or other fees. Additional guidelines are noted below. Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

In cases of return, please email info@barkingmart.com with your name, order number (invoice number on your invoice), the size, and name of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. You will be responsible for return shipping expenses, unless otherwise noted. 

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Email into@barkingmart.com for a replacement shipment.

If the merchandise needs to be exchanged for a different size, we ask that you not only pay to ship the incorrect sized item back to us, but include the appropriate amount for shipping the replacement item back to you.

Non-defective, correct sized merchandise must be in its original purchase condition with the original packaging intact. Please include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip (make a copy for your own records). Returns that are eligible for a refund or credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will issue a refund or credit upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise. 

We also strive to have all of our products available to purchase; however, sometimes we run out of stock on an item. If that is the case, you will receive an email stating this information, and a refund will be issued within a 24 hour period of the sent email.
