We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards and debit cards as well as Pay Pal payments.
Please Note: When you are going through the payment process, it appears that Paypal might be the only payment choice. Click on the Paypal option and you will be directed to a page where you can choose a credit card option.
For those customers not comfortable sending credit card information over our secure site on the Internet, we also accept personal checks, online bank checks, and money orders in US dollars. For personal checks, the order will be shipped as soon as your check has cleared the bank. For money orders, your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

How secure is barkingmart.com?
Barkingmart.com provides our customers the highest level of security by using 128-bit encryption key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL provides encryption between web browsers and web servers.

How do I know what size to order for my dog?
On each product page, you will find a Sizing Chart Link or sizing information in the product description. Please measure your dog carefully to ensure a proper fit and to avoid the inconvenience of returning a product.

What if I have a large dog – do you carry clothes to fit him or her?
Yes, we carry several sizes for each of our products to accommodate most all breeds whether male or female.

Return Policy
We strive to ensure that the quality of our products is excellent, but in the case that an item you ordered from Barkingmart.com does not meet your expectations, our Return Policy is outlined below.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. In some cases, there may be restocking and/or other fees (see below). Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Email info@barkingmart.com for a replacement shipment.
If the merchandise needs to be exchanged for a different size, we ask that you not only pay to ship the incorrectly sized item back to us, but also include the appropriate amount for shipping the replacement item back to you. (This is why we emphasize measuring your pet carefully by using our Sizing Information to avoid this inconvenience).
Non-defective correctly sized merchandise must be in its original purchase condition with the original packaging intact, and please include the original receipt/ invoice/ packing slip. (Make a copy for your own records). We will issue a refund or credit upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise.
